Remember the last 3rd post back then on my blog?
How I nagged of my laziness and fear of putting on make-up in case I give myself a shock in front of the mirror again?
Hahaha! Let me officially announce the NEW achievement I've unlocked.
Before I start, let me give myself a pat on my back first. *pats*
And I hope you will give me a pat on my back after you've read this entire post.

Last weekend just past.
It..seems normal for everyone maybe?
But not mine.
I ATTENDED A MAKE-UP WORKSHOP HELD BY LANEIGE.
It was spectacular.
Arriving at Amore Pacific Corporation (in case you didn't know, the workshop was held here ^^ ) @ 10.30am ;
I was the 2nd who arrived and met a really pretty blogger called Charmaine.
She is a pretty new blogger of facial products too & that's what made us hit off quite well :)
Well, that's what made me pretty looking forward to the itinerary for the day!
Everyone there was friendly and really made me felt at ease without any awkwardness.
At approximately 11am, all the bloggers arrived and we were all in 2 different meeting rooms, while waiting for the room and photobooth area to finish setting up :)
And that's when I first met Bong Qiu Qiu!
I have been reading her blog and well, she pretty much inspired me to have my own blog as well.
Sharing thoughts, new experiences, things... literally blogging about any thing under the sky.
I approached some other bloggers as well to get to know them and well, find out what they are blogging about too.
Sounds pretty...extra? Naggy? Trying to be friendly?
Nah I'm being talkative (KPO).

So we entered the event room.
It's so PRETTY! *mega love*
Done up all in the sea blue theme colour which basically represents the symbolic theme colour of Laneige,
How can I not get immersed into this whole event naturally?!
Really thankful for all the Laneige staff in helping us to set up all these :)

Since it's supposed to be a make-up workshop, a BEFORE & AFTER shot was required for a comparison.
So before I said goodbye (ann-nyeong-hee-gyea-se-yo) to my nude face *sobs sobs*...
off for the photoshoot!
Felt like an instant "celebrity moment".
Something that I've always wanted to experience & do in life.

This is one way you can clip up your fringe if it's pretty short!
Well, that's only if you're applying make-up or any skincare cream.
You won't want to clip a tissue up on your head and go to town right ^^

Seriously, I couldn't believe it myself when I was done applying the BB cream.
I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me but woah look!!
My skin tone seems so much fairer!
Well, because I often swim quite a bit hence that calls for my slightly tanned skin tone.
But now...
do you feel the Korean fair-ness on me now? *wink.
Eye Shadow Palette!
I was so glad to receive this because I'm a great fan of nude colours!
Especially for make-up because it brings out and enhances the natural beauty of females :)
And again, while I just finished drawing my brows!
The number of brushes (provided by Laneige as well to apply the make-up) and cotton buds I used!
These are practically my pencil and eraser weeeee.

While we were all busy putting our make-up, doing our photoshoot, he was the one who basically recorded the whole event process through wonderful photos!

After drawing my eye-liner for the very first time!
In order to achieve the effect of not very obvious eyeliner drawing, simply pull up your eyelids (like-wise for the bottom of the eye), draw it on a white line(known as the water-line).
And ta-dah!
Your eyes seems bigger and you will have that cutie doll look!
Big eyes that seems to smile along :)
Pretty blusher set!
Apply it on your cheeks to give off a radiant and healthy look!
Healthy look = like you just worked out and sweating with pinkish cheeks, that's it!
*Make-up tips from Tina: Smile while you're applying your blusher so you can apply it on your high cheekbones!
Lower chances of you applying it at the wrong place too :)
Example like blush is high on left cheek and lower on right cheek.
Moisturizer Lip Balm!
One of the best-seller too!
Comparing with other lip balms that I normally use, this lip balm is definitely one of the best so far!
After applying it on my lips, my lips just feels so moisturized and glossy, it alerted off the "sexy" essence.
Because you just feel that your lips are fuller and moisturized!

Being a first-timer, I had to be a good girl and listen in "class".

One of the best-seller lipstick color which Laneige managed to get for us when the stocks just arrived the previous day!
Pretty pinkish colour which is not too bright and mixed like a nude colored lipstick.

2) Moisture Lip Balm
As said before, it is good! (refer to previous paragraph ^^)
3) Multi Shaping Eyeliner
Pencil-like eyeliner(non-liquid) which is pretty easy to use!
I didn't have much difficulty with it so I would recommend this!
It's pretty sleek and thin so it's definitely portable to bring around!
4) Volume Setting Mascara
Need pretty, sexy & long eyelashes?
This is something you would not want to miss out!
Mascara that helps to volume up your eyelashes so your eyes would become sooooo

5)Professional Selection Blusher
The light pinkish blusher which allows you to have a radiant and sporty look!
Helps you to emit out the healthy glow in you!
Just in case if you've missed out the previous part, you can apply blusher while smiling so that the correct position located!
Which is your cheekbones :)
By smiling, it helps you to apply the blusher at the same spots of your cheeks!
Harder for you to achieve a unbalanced "up-and-down" cheeks.
Scenario: Higher blush at left cheek, lower on right cheek (AWKWARD!)
Oh and wait. Did I say how much I LOVED Laneige's packaging of their products?

6)Multi Professional Shadow
Nude Palette Eye Shadow! I love the eye shadow with that tinge of shimmer in it.
Your eyes seems to sparkle from far with this eye shadow.
How did we apply this?
Firstly, we used the darkest brown at the area that is nearer towards the our eyeliner drawing.
Try to make it as close as possible to the eyeliner and if needed, you might want to higher the arc of your dark brown eye shadow.
Then after, using the lighter brown which is just beside the darkest brown, apply it across the whole of your eyelid.
In this way, your eyes will seem slightly bigger and more attractive!
The right way to apply it would be to:
CLOSE YOUR EYES.
PLACE THE BRUSH AT THE TOP OF YOUR EYEBALL.
Follow this motion :)
7) Nautral Brow Liner (Auto Pencil)
Ever wanted fuller brows or I should say, brows that looks fuller and more defined?
Then this is for YOU.
The brow pencil which we have received is excellent for defined brow lines,
PLUS,
it's SUITABLE FOR ALL SKIN TYPES.
Meaning all of you females out there can use it!
Why is it called auto pencil?
Because of this.
After drawing your brows with the pencil, there's a brush at the other end of the brow pencil for you to brush out your brow drawing to evenly spread it out!

Real shoot.
I don't know if you guys found the difference big/minimal/none at all.
But to me, I saw how fair my face became compared to before.
Being pretty tanned, this difference is certainly obvious towards me at least.
While I was doing the "After Make-Up" shoot, I could actually feel a bit more confidence in me when I was taking the photos.
This is what the make-up had done to me.
COURAGE to CONFIDENCE.
Make-up takes time, effort to achieve a confident you.
Some people says that make-up is to cover your flaws, it's your confidence booster.
But to me, make-up is something that you would want to use to enhance this natural beauty of yours.
Everyone is beautiful in their own ways, it's just how YOU define YOUR OWN BEAUTY.
Confidence is in your hands.
You got to master it, because you know you have it.
Just like what Laneige says, "Confidence never runs out."
