Have you made your plans for x'mas yet?

"Daisycooks" Episode 2!
To say the truth...I'm really glad to say that the first episode went well!
Hearing from the others how they are looking forward to the 2nd episode, I really feel so grateful for the support and actually I did do episode 2!
But I didn't had time to post it, so here's my compensation!
On the menu today is...Banana oatmeal chocolate chip cookies!
I made it specially for a few people, and the turnout seems pretty good!
Let's share the love this Christmas season.
Ingredients:
Little Petey bananas, always getting my papa to buy this brand because the cartoon is just so cute!
Amount: Up to you!
1/3 teaspoon of baking soda,
1/2 teaspoon baking powder,
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (imitation vanilla will do just fine)
70g or rolled oats (but I used my instant oats)
90g of plain flour or oat flour will do just fine!
110g of brown sugar, but I reduced it to 100g if you don't want it to be too sweet.
80ml of soya milk
40g of chopped almonds,
60g of chocolate chips or more
Mis the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt and brown sugar together.
(Dry Mixture)
Whisk 75ml of oil,
vanilla extract,
soy milk together.
(Wet mixture)
Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture.
Mix it well.
Place it on a tray with aluminium foil or baking sheet.
Remember to brush the base with butter if you are using the aluminium foil!
*waiting waiting waiting*
Done!
It's simple and easy to bake so do make some for your loved ones!
A healthier choice chocolate chips cookies too ;)
with love,
Cynthia.
