Psst..it's me actually.

I'm shouting...

"SKECHERS"!

Being a polytechnic student can be a real chore.

Every single day, we need to ponder about what to wear, how to dress etc.

I mean like...you know when you're back in secondary school or something, you will be hoping to dress yourself up every single day when you get to higher education?

But when it comes, you might kind of hope that you stuck back to your uniform :(

But still, I love my poly life!

Just can't dress too shabbily...neither taking too much effort to dress up to the nines.

Casual is definitely the right way for me to go!

Checklist:

T-shirts - checked 

Shorts - checked

Shoes - NOT CHECKED.

I don't like to wear slippers to school;

Dr Martens are too heavy for me sometimes (HAHAHA I laugh at this sometimes because I can't believe how lazy I am to lift up my foot)

Sneakers, yes I love them but I think I need more of them.

Maybe...Skechers?

I was browsing through their web and something totally caught my eye!

 

Can I say I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this?

The color is easy to match up with any outfits in my perspective;

be it girly; casual or some might think it's boyish but who cares!

I would totally match this up with some outfits:

 

 Punk; yet with a tinge bit of girly side!

Cute-sy? Probably times when I find my Dr Martens real heavy hahahaha!

 

Sunny day out to Universal Studios; the beach or even Marina Barrage for a picnic date?

Sounds great too without looking too covered up!

 

Yes, probably sounds like a day out for me to school in my tshirt and shorts outfit!

Simply love how versatile this pair of shoes would be for me!

Well okay I admit I'm bias to Iron Man...

So loving heroic and action-packed movies that I'm so gonna get my friends to watch it with me!

Probably just stand at a corner and keep swinging it to generate thunder,lightning & even rain?

Haha yes probably, that's how the Mjölner works isn't it!

I will dream of this:

Stand somewhere on a desert/areas experiencing drought with Thor’s Mjölner;

Well, that's of course I would control the amount to make sure there's no floods or tsunami.

How great it would be, if I had Thor’s Mjölner for a day, isn't it?

I can create those magic to make us survive woohoo, and that's why Thor is known as a God in our lives,

to create wonders!

Good morning readers!
Afterbuying breakfast for my brother and sister while dad is off to work, I am gonna spend some time blogging about what's going on in my life!
Sacrificing my Tom & Jerry and Doraemon this morning phew.

Ok, back to the topic.

I have been a super stingy girl when it comes to getting a haircut etc.

Until I realized how bad my hair looked and my mom will be nagging at me for a haircut.

Hahaha and she will get so frustrated when I said NO.

Because I love having long hair even if it irritates me or give me a heat stroke(exaggerating.)

I did not intend to cut my hair, so I went to get a hair treatment over at HairINN Salon located at Orchard Central!

To say the truth, I was feeling pretty nervous! Because it was my first time doing hair treatment and I'm just like a lost sheep "baaaah" going around the salon to wash hair and stuff.

But it's really relaxing and really loving the environment over here!

My head felt like it was in a humidifier and I was thinking all along what my hair was doing inside.

WHAT HAPPENED TO MY HAIR?

Chill people, Cynthia just had a haircut hehe.

And I should say I'm really loving this new hairstyle of mine!

She was really nice and careful while doing all the trimmings and cutting of the hair.

Beauty In The Eyes Blogger's Party!

Every holiday is worth documenting.

Holidays have never been more fruitful ever since I entered Polytechnic.

Because I feel..maybe more grown up?

And when you have finally earned your first pocket money, start spending it,

everything just feels so much more fulfilling.

I guess I've probably talked quite a bit of how my holidays kicked off previously!

So let me continue on ;)

I like to eat, so exploring and trying out new cafes/restaurants definitely makes me happy!

And I'm so elated to be trying out over at Bliss House Theme Restaurant all thanks to "Beauty In The Eyes" online store for holding the event there and Streetdirectory's invite! 

 

I guess this place must have been quite familiar with most of you guys!

There were like 3 events going on on that very same day & time so I was kind of shy to take photos of the other side of the restaurant so pardon me for the lack of pictures!

 

And this is our room!

I really love events that are held in a corner whereby it's so cozy and all the bloggers can have more interaction with one another as well as the hosts themselves!

 

And thank you for the goodie bag!

From all those standing at work, I guess I pretty much abused my legs for that and I'm sorry for them

Too good for words.

I really like food being displayed in tiers because it simply looks so elegant!

 

Peach Danish together with Spinach Tarts.

I really love how the crust of the Peach Danish is nicely done up to be crispy and yet soft to chew at the same time!

With a tinge bit of custard together with the peach sweetness, it definitely made my afternoon so much better!

I ain't a fan of spinach, but the tart was good enough for me!

 

I'm a noob when it comes to macaroons, because most of you would have tried Laduree or like Antoinette but I will be like "Hi, I've only tried Bakerzin's one if my whole life."

Not that it's not good, but I really need to try our macaroons from somewhere else and my chance arrived at Blisshouse cafe!

The sweetness was just right and the distinct flavors of the macaroons were brought out despite not being overly sweet!

Together with the chocolate truffles...my life is complete being a fan of chocolates woohoo.

 

Croissant sandwiches together with Bruschetta !

Too bad I didn't try it because well, all the sweet stuff went down my tummy already HAHAHA.

Sounds like irony when it says Black Pearl O2 mask but what comes out is actually a white foam.

 

But before you continue to make such a judgement, look what happens!
