AMS camp 2013

Just got back from my course camp a few days ago!

I should say it was pretty tiring.. being one of the programmers.

But all was worth while after all :)

Kicking off the first day with Gongcha for 2 lovelies of mine.

And on the previous day, XinPing went to JB and she got us American Brownie from Secret Recipe!

Painted my nails red in preparation for CARNIVAL.

Thanks for making AMS 2013 such an enjoyable and exciting one.

I wouldn't know how I would survive this camp (because I HATE camps), but hey,

who knew I would enjoyed it so much? :)

Despite all the last min cancellations and stuff, we all still did well. Definitely :)

And for variety night, the proggers group did a dance cover of PSY's Gentlemen!

Iron Man 3 - the movie I have been waiting for.

IRON MAN 3 IS FINALLY RELEASED IN SINGAPORE TODAY!

The long-awaited blockbuster movie that everyone has been waiting for.

Being a pretty big fan of Iron Man, I would have probably watched it today but being busy with my recent course camp I had to postpone it.

So I'm catching it next Wednesday!

Really can't wait :)

Anyway, the main purpose of me writing this post is also to participate in this Nuffnang contest about "Iron Man 3" !

So my favorite character from Iron Man 3 is... Iron Man. 

Literally :)

I've always been quite a fan of comedies/horror/action-packed movies.

Comedies such as: Mr Bean?

Horror such as: Long Weekends

As for action-packed movies, would kind of be like G.I Joe etc.

I wouldn't say I am a biggest fan of Marvel heroes movie, such as missing out on "Thor" or even "The Hulk".

But one that I will never miss out was Iron Man.

Robert Downey Jr. , my favorite idol of all times.

I really loved how Robert Downey Jr. portrayed the role of Tony Stark/Iron Man.

The sense of humor or the cool(swag) style he gave off was just...

WOW. Amazing.

And just simply capture the hearts of the audience.

That's it.

The thing about Iron Man that got me so in love with this character was the charisma he gave off, the care and love he had for his girlfriend as well as the world, to the extent that he might be sacrificed to save the world.

This might sound childish, but..

He is an inspiring character that I looked up to.

I remembered how much I loved Iron Man that I actually watched Avengers thrice just for it.

And for this time round... I have no idea how many times I'm going to watch it but DEFINITELY not missing it out.

supposedly I was supposed to meet up with Wan Lin last Saturday to do fish spa over at Nex because I found the number of dead skin cells I had at my heels are PRETTY BAD.

But...plans changed and we headed to Bugis instead!

Talk about 2 daring girls watching an NC 16 horror movie.

Of course we are not that brave, talk about the number of scenes we had to cover our eyes.

Regular popcorn from Film Garde which costs $5.30!

Not too bad because popcorn is my favorite. 

But I still prefer the one from Cathay !

So I went to Shine Korea Mart and saw my favorite ice cream!!

It's pretty oily inside, but egg yolk is SUPER NICE!

Hot, sweet egg yolk that is so smooth that it kinda slide down my throat.

mmmm feels so GOOD.

Sounds like a bed mattress size HAHAHA lame.

Loaded with prawns.

Tasty.

Worth the price?

Definitely worth a TRY.

Beancurd skin wrapped with prawns inside!

Pretty worth a try.

It's very crispy and the prawns taste suuuuuuper FRESH.

Prawn dumplings also known as Har Gao!

Once again, the prawns are a BIG THUMBS UP.

Carrot cake but not the usual fried ones!

It is preserved with the original taste of carrot cake but it is steamed and comes with XO sauce that practically covers the whole carrot cake.

This is another of their signature dish! :)
